Very durable and can’t wait to make bread

It works but be gentle.

It's flimsy, the pusher doesn't go all the way down so you always end up with an ungrated chunk at the end, the mechanical design makes it easy for bits of food to get into the inner workings over time, and the blade drums have a lip that traps little bits of food when you run it through the dishwasher. On the plus side, it will grate cheese.

I mean, we're not paying KitchenAid prices. But this thing had a hard time with zucchini, tomatoes, and eggplant. And garlic. The pusher doesn't get quite as far down as you'd like, and once it jams up you've got to fenangle the blade out to clean, which you'll be doing often. Also feels like it'd be nice to have something to hold the attachment in, which just sort of floats there. Think I'll do my homework better before making a big purchase like this again. Love the pressure cooker, but the mixer and its attachment are lacking.

We used the larger of the shredding discs for the first time today (we previously used the hand crank model & loved it). The block of cheddar needed to be cut in half lengthwise and proceeded to shred. It shreds alright BUT the cheese doesn’t fall into the bowl, it packs inside the shredding disc & needs help to get it out. When taking it out to clean we noticed the very last bit of cheese along with some bits that didn’t get shredded was adhered to the inside plastic wall of the shredder housing. It is so much easier to crank our shredder & clean it.
