It does not get warm. At all. It's basic kt tape but over priced. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Extremely Painful Burning and Itching
This doesn't just warm up it get blazing hot. Couldn't stop itching it and tgen upon removal, OMG The burning on my skin was so intense my whole body was shaking. I've endured lots of painful experiences and this reminded me of torture.

Very good tape with many good things about it
This is great tape and for many reasons!It does warm up…it doesn’t get hot but it does warm the area where you place it. I notice that the heat continues for at least 6-8 hours!This sticks on my skin very well and does not curl up at the ends. I’d highly recommend that you put in on very clean skin that has no oils or lotions. The tape sticks very, very well!The tape is extremely flexible so it has no problem laying over bones or around joints.The instructions are VERY useful and quite shocking they are written very well, easy to read and excellent English. The instructions give many examples of how to place this tape on body areas that are giving the user pain.The back of the tape has lines so this allows you to cut the tape much easier and straight!There is a lot of tape in this box for a very good price.I’ve used other tapes before and this one is tops!Will purchase again!!!

I am not sure I want to use this product, because, nowhere is the active ingredient revealed. Is it menthol, or is it ginger, or hot pepper extracts? This should be clearly stated on the label, because someone might be allergic to those compounds. The product page says "Just expose the tape to the air and it will activate the heating micro-circulation system" that does not make sense. If exposure to air is al it takes, what is preventing the entire roll from heating up as soon as you open the box, if not before? The sides of the tape roll are open to the air while in the box. There are directions telling you to make an allergy test with a small piece attached behind the ear. Not good enough. Tell me the active ingredient on the product page, before I buy it and get exposed to it.
