Absolutely nothing to whine about.
I've been paid to work on bikes since Harry Armstrong at Sierra Cyclery hired me in 1968. And I never needed this tool before. But a tight Sram quicklink flummoxed me and I spent way too much time trying to figure out a way to get it apart. Prime to the rescue! And it took longer to open the packaging THAN TO USE THE TOOL!I read all the one star reviews prior. I don't know what tool those knuckleheads got, but what I got was a well made, solid professional feeling tool, at a bargain price.

Never knew I needed it till I got it
I've had lots of chain stuff in my life. Sometimes a master link is easy (too easy) or just stubborn. Now instead of holding all the parts together, this sets you up. Very little pressure required. You can add or remove a master in 3 count
