As someone who's waiting on an operation to remove my stomach (due to 2 of the severest gastric/bowel conditions), I love this little dude. I get it's aimed at bariatrics rather than other gastric surgeries but love him just the same. Actually bigger than I thought it was going to be! Price wise, it's a little pricey for being a plushie, but it does come from the US so factor in manufacture, shipping, customs etc and its worth the cost. If it was in the UK it may have been cheaper as wouldn't need to be shipped as far. But great quality and comes vacuum packed, so puffs up once opened. I couldn't be happier with mine. Makes a great little buddy/gift for anyone bariatric, or going through gastric issues.
