The first print head arrived defective. The replacement prints well, although the condition of the black component makes me feel that it may not be new—time will tell. The return process was fast, especially since I provided technical validation of the installation.

Though OEM, this produce acceptable, clean print. Some unknown generics produce non-acceptable prints. We'll see how long this continues producing decent prints.

The print head arrived and worked great but there is a reason they only give you 3 months warranty instead of 12. After 4 months I got 2 dead pixels and after 5 months I have 7 dead pixels and the head is useless. You get what you pay for, find supplier that offers 12 months warrenty.
