Helpful
I ordered this supplement to help manage my menopause. I read up on its list of ingredients prior to ordering and it seems specifically formulated to support women going through similar issues. Apparently its blend of Vitamin B-6, B-12, and B-2, helps regulate mood, fatigue, and improve energy levels. Symptoms that I’ve been trying to manage. But the most serious issue I wanted to deal with is sleep issues. I’ve also noted that it’s inclusion of glycine promotes better sleep quality. After a month of taking these, I did notice improvements. It help with my brain fog and I seem calmer, less irritable. I have since included this supplement in my daily routine.

Recommend with a couple of hesitations
I like that this says it is 3rd party checked. Since they don't post who does their 3rd party testing or what the results are, I'm a little curious about that. The high levels of B vitamins seem a little excessive to me, but we'll see what my next lab test results are to see how they are effecting my blood levels. For now, I am alternating these every other day with regular methylfolate to try to make sure I don't get an excess of B vitamins.Otherwise, these are easy to take and I seem to be tolerating them well. The B vitamins do seem to be increasing my energy levels like other B vitamins I have taken and there haven't been any negative side effects. If I could see the third-party test results for purity, I would have the peace of mind to recommend these more fully.

Great B vitamin
I have been looking for a methalted B vitamin for a while and these match what I've been searching for. They also have methyl folate which I know I need from a gene test I took. The fact that it has a multi B regimen makes them even a better value. Gluten free and looks like no additives, I really like this mixture.

Expensive and Incomplete
This “NVITA L-Methylfolate + B Balance (15mg) - 5-MTHF, B6, B2 & B12 Methylcobalamin B Complex - 60 Capsules - Professional Strength Active Methyl Folate - Non GMO, Gluten Free, No Fillers” is another source of especial vitamin B.The capsules are easy to swallow and most of the dosages are more than the US RDA. However, any excess from these water-soluble vitamins is excreted by the body via urine and is not dangerous.I really would love to love this supplement for my Vitamin B need, however, this only contains the following:1. Vitamin B2 at 1mg (or 1000 mcg) is good. Medical University recommends an RDA of 1.3 mg for men and 1.1mg for women.2. Vitamin B12 at 1 mg (1000 mcg) is a lot compared to the RDA of 2.4 mcg3. Vitamin B6 at 50mg is a lot since the recommended RDA for adults is 1.3 mg4. Folate (or Vitamin B9) is at 25 mg which is a lot compared to the RDA of 0.4mgThe formulation is missing the following Vitamin B - B1, B3, B5, and B7 to make it complete. This means I need to purchase or add those missing Vitamin B to complete my daily needs. This seems pricey at $48.88 (as of today August 20, 2023). If this is a complete Vitamin B complex I am willing to continue using this at this price.

Good amount of methylfolate
This review is for: INVITA L-Methylfolate + B Balance (15mg) - 5-MTHF, B6, B2 & B12 Methylcobalamin B Complex - 60 Capsules - Professional Strength Active Methyl Folate - Non GMO, Gluten Free, No FillersI was taking a smaller amount of L-Methylfolate previously, but recently did some additional research on my particular MTHFR gene variation and how it relates to chronic fatigue. What I read convinced me to up my L-Methylfolate intake to see if it would help.I went from 1mg up to 15mg and I do believe it's really helping. I would have bouts of crushing fatigue, and I believe that they are shorter and less frequent. It's important to note that B2 and B6 are not methylated, but they are an essential part of the methylation pathway, so it's good that they are included.Hope this was helpful.

L-5 methylfolate plus B12
I like many things about this supplement, all except it’s very high price point at this time.Folate and B12 are essential to red blood cell production in the human body. I don’t get my levels checked, but I like to take supplements periodically to make up for potential deficiencies in my diet. This supplement includes both folate and B12 in more than adequate doses for my needs. It is possible to be deficient in one and not the other, so this balance is important to me.This capsule is very small, very easy to swallow, no excess fillers. I wish more manufacturers did this. I’ve had no problems with this at all, and it is very easy for me to swallow. The folate form in this supplement is L-5 methylfolate, which I like, but is expensive. For anyone really needing this form, the price point seems reasonable to me, but persons should confer with their doctors prior to taking this (or any other new supplement), to confirm that this is what is needed and to discuss effects and potential side effects.

60 Day Supply
Arrived in a smaller white plastic bottle with a cellophane plastic tamper resistant collar.60 capsules .. one a dayThese are specially formulated B vitaminsPaper and foil inner seal, removed mostly easilyRemoved the cottonInside are tiny yellow capsules. I didn't know they made capsules so small. So the bottle hardly has anything in it. These micro capsules just don't take much roomMy sister has been telling me to take this form of "b" vitamins, so I'm going to try them out.
