Absolutely Delicious
This is the most amazing cordial I've ever had. I'm not a drinker, so I like to make mocktails, and this stuff is fantastic. Even more awesome if you like vodka, probably! I've tried all the flavors that I thought I would like, and I loved them all. I mix several different flavors and add some sparkling water to make the best soda ever. I highly recommend the yuzu with lemon, a dash of rose cordial, and some lavender to finish it off. Delicious. And it's supporting a small business. It's a win win!

Authentic Taste!
First off, I have to say that I'm not sure why there are ANY even remotely critical reviews listed for this product. I can only assume that the newbies who said it didn't taste good or thought it tasted odd have no idea what Yuzu actually tastes like. This is the real deal! How do I know? Because I've been juicing actual Yuzu Lemons for quite a while and this is the closest approximation you can come to that - short of creating a homemade syrup yourself using cane sugar and yuzu pulp. It is absolutely delicious (not too sweet), blended perfectly with cane sugar and has the exact taste profile that yuzu fruit has - a lovely mix of lemon, lime and grapefruit. If you don't like those fruits, then you ain't gonna like it. If you do, you will be wonderfully surprised by it's subtle blend of those fruits. For me, it is a wonderful substitute for the lemon ingredient in a cocktail. I'm not a novice. I've been making high-end cocktails for decades, using expensive spirits, cold-pressed juices, fresh herbs, exotic bitters and exotic fruits (like lychee, rombutan and yuzu, etc.) and I'm here to tell you that this is an excellent addition to cocktails like the French 75, Vodka or Gin Martini, or G&T. I used to purchase the Morris Kitchen Preserved Lemon Syrup, which was excellent, with it's mix of lemon, cane sugar, sea salt and cardamon, but unfortunately, it is apparently no longer being made. This product is an excellent substitute!

So tasty, it helps me drink more water! 💖
I am a young woman with a corn allergy who struggles with the taste of water. I highly recommend any of these syrups for their quality of ingredients, taste, value for money, and versatility.PROS-Quality of Ingredients: I love SO MUCH that these syrups use cane sugar over artificial sweeteners or corn syrup. This makes it far more accessible to folks with allergies/dietary restrictions.-Taste: I haven’t had a single flavor I dislike yet! The Passionfruit Citrus is my favorite by far, especially mixed with the Hibiscus Cardamom flavor. The Rose Cordial is amazing too — it’s hard to make a rose syrup that doesn’t taste like drinking your grandmother’s perfume, but Portland Syrups made one with the perfect balance of flavor. That flavor was the first syrup I purchased (from a local boutique here in the PNW) & it was what brought me back to try more!-Value For Money: These are concentrated! I personally use only ~1/4oz. of each syrup in a 17oz. bottle of water. Each bottle has 12oz., so I’m getting about 48 servings per bottle of syrup. With two bottles, that’s 96 servings, and at $28, each serving comes out to about $0.30, if my math is right. That is SO reasonable for me personally!Versatility: these are technically cocktail mixers, but they’re actually perfect for any kind of drink! I’m a sober girly so I use these in my water, in homemade lemonades, and as a sweetener in tea. I would use these syrups as a replacement in any recipe calling for simple syrup of any kind.CONSI’ve got none for this one. These syrups do everything I need them to do & more!

This isn’t helping
Mannn, this was supposed to be for healthier soda but it turns out it’s ALSO a great cocktail mixer. So long story short, I have a subscription. 😋 🤣😍

Smells & tastes like cough medicine
I buy A LOT of fruit juices from traditional flavors to exotic so, when I saw Marionberry, I researched exactly what it was & the expected flavor. Of course I HAD to get some! Upon opening the bottle, I was met with a nasty, cough syrup smell. Deciding that making a jelly out of it would be a way to make it taste better, the process began. Even after adding sugar, the taste of cough syrup was overpowering! Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase this product (unless, of course, you love the taste of strong cough medicine). I'm not only out the cost of the product, I'm also out the cost of the other ingredients used to make jelly. Waste of time & money. ABSOLUTELY disgusting!
