I bought this with a touch of skepticism as a person who is immune to every over the counter "sleep aid" but hope, if nothing else, itvwpukd be a nice warm night time drink. It is delicious. Its rich and chocolatey with no earthy or chalky taste. But what really floored me was the fact that 30 minutes later I could not stop yawning so I gave in and went to bed. I tried it on a weekend and for the first time in a long time, I slept in!!! All the way until 830 which is huge!!! When I woke up I was not drowsy at all, just refreshed. I balked at the price of this but I will 100% purchase again!

It tastes so good, mixability is great (I had to use a fork and I had no clumps) the texture is great in milk and in water, I get sleepy in about 30 minutes to an hour after drinking this, and sleep through the night! I want to try the other flavors :)

Holy crap this is my new favorite nighttime routine. Tastes like a cozy dessert in a mug and completely satisfies my sweet tooth before bed. I’ve been falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer...Worked like a charm. My new favorite way to end the night!

Really delicious flavor! This product helped me to fall asleep, and more importantly, to stay asleep all through the night. Love that it is both a night time treat and effective sleep supplement.

My daughter saw this product on TikTok and wanted me to get it. At 1st look I was shocked at the price, but she was adamant this was supposed to be great for helping fall asleep. I tried it, my daughter tried it, we even had her friend try it. None of us felt any bit more relaxed, calm or tired. The packaging was also disappointing as tearing off the top leads to some of the product spilling out. For the cost the package should be completely sealed by the zip seal so cutting off to top does not release extra product out. The taste was acceptable but nothing more than a hot chocolate. Overall, this is absolutely not worth the price. It is essentially $75.00 for hot chocolate. I agree that different people can react differently to the ingredients. Some are less affected by the ingredients than others while some may be well affected. However, we had different people try from different families and backgrounds and all agreed, nothing more than an ok cup of cocoa.

Tastes great but hasn’t helped much with my sleeping issues

I’ve been using Beam Dream Powder and I’m honestly impressed. It tastes great, mixes easily, and helps me wind down at night without feeling groggy the next morning. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. It’s become part of my nightly routine. It’s a great little sweet treat before bed! Definitely worth trying if you struggle with sleep!

This stuff knocks me out! I sleep solidly where I usually toss and turn and I'm a light sleeper. I also feel it taking effect and I fall asleep super fast which is something I also struggle with. I might try a different flavor to see if I have a preference because it isn't my favorite, but it's not terrible.
