Great book
This is the printed version of the freely available pdf, and is ideal for those of us who like physical books to read. Hatcher writes clearly, and gets a lot done in a short amount of text by keeping to the point and not cluttering the narrative with unnecessary detail where it's not needed.I wish there were solutions to the exercises, though.

Hatcher's Algebraic Topology
This book deals with a hard subject, but every effort has been made to explain and motivate the ideas involved before they are dealt with rigorously. Often done with simple examples, this gives an opportunity to get comfortable with them first and makes this book about as readable as a book on algebraic topology can be.

Wow im impressed
To find such an advanced text for so cheap is amazing. It will take me a while to get through it all though

It is a good textbook, with intuitive motivations and lots of examples
It is a good textbook, with intuitive motivations and lots of examples. However, I think there are better alternatives--Rotman, Dold, May, Spanier, which are clearer in terms of organisation. It is still a great book for the wealth of examples.

I just love it!
This book is a really good approximation to algebraic geometry to have a geometric intuition.
