These are the BEST pans I have ever owned. It's been 6 months- i ordered this one to go with a set i ordered directly from the manufacturer. These have not chipped, clean up easily and cook evenly. They are heavy- but not too heavy. I do hand wash them- as I have always hand washed my pans- but I have never had any that have been this durable.

Well constructed, feels strong and balanced. Nothing sticks to it. Strong handle. Cooks even and heats up well. The lighter color does stain easy. Inside of pan still looks brand new. I would buy again.

I love the depth of this pan! This pan is a replacement for my last 14 fry pan. I loved the last one (different pan completely) but it did not have a lid and it was shallow like an egg frying pan. I didn’t realize how important those 2 things were until I used this pan. Having used it 3-4 times now, I am hooked. It’s a nice, sturdy, durable, and very well made pan. The lid is actually a quality lid as well. I’ve had no problem with sticking and I feel like heat distribution is actually better than my last pan. Highly recommend!!!

Bought this because I needed a large pan that didn't contain PFAS and was nonstick. Unfortunately, this one turned to trash pretty quickly. It was great the first 2 months. Then food started sticking really badly. Even when fully coated with oil, food still sticks. Unfortunately it's going in the trash now and we wasted our money. Definitely do not recommend.

Love this skillet ! This is my go to. I call it the Cadillac of skillets. Protect the surface with non-steele utensils. You will use less oil/grease with this one. Amazing is all I can say.

Now that we’re a little bit over a year into using this pan, I have mixed but mostly poor feedback. It’s a really big pan which is useful for larger dishes. The lid is great. But its nonstick properties seemed to have really deteriorated. Even with spray, food sticks. It’s also, in my opinion, overly convex, which pushes all liquid to the edges and makes for difficult uneven cooking.
