I bought the wrong size!
These Nordic Ware trays are great. Unfortunately, I bought this one by mistake. Do make sure that you carefully check the dimensions when browsing the various trays, as there are many to choose from.

Proper quality baking sheet
This thing is sturdy and will last a long time. Pretty easy to clean, and doesn't warp. Hoping to add a few more to my collection.

Nordicware quality
I have bought many Nordicware moulded cake pans but I decided to try a sheet pan to cook ‘normal’ food. I do always use greaseproof paper as I find it’s just easier to clean the pan afterwards. Will definitely be buying in other sizes although they are made in USA so check your UK oven size as there is obviously a difference.

High-Quality Baking Tray with Even Heat Distribution but Slightly Heavy
I purchased this tray and found it to be quite good, especially as it distributes heat evenly, making it perfect for baking or heating food. It’s sturdy and highly durable. However, one issue I noticed is that it is heavier compared to other similar aluminium trays I have bought previously. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality baking tray, provided they don’t mind the extra weight.
