Trust me! These are great!! I have tried many brands and this one is the thickest and goes on even when hand are wet. I haven't had a glove rip yet. I always put on gloves when handling 3 aquariums, as I don't like to risk getting oils from my skin or soap residue in them. I'm also not fond of having to wash my hands every time I touch something in the aquariums, because let's face it...it's gross!! Hands down (pun intended!), these gloves work best and the best price for something of this quality. Will DEFINITELY be purchasing again.

If you are on a budget, these food prep gloves may be ok. I purchased these to replace food prep gloves I ran out of.The plastic thickness is adequate and ease of removal is good. The size fits my hands and my wife's.I had difficulty opening the gloves. With the ones I used to have, all I had to do was squeeze the bottom and rub back and forth to open them of if I wasn't using them for food, I could simply blow up the bottom to get them to open. These gloves, however, were too difficult to get apart and the only way I could pry them open was with some sticky tape on each side and pull them open. I will spend a little more for the ease to open.
