I bought this RO a month ago,Installation was done the day after the deliveryIt had a problem with a loose wire in the beginning but it was fixed by calling their technicianA month later it is working perfectly fineThe water quality is very goodWould easily recommend as it's worth the price.

Quality, value for money, fast delivery. However had two technical calls after purchase, Had issue with flow. Missed free service within warranty, company should have remind for free service.

Bought this product last year October. No maintainance yet till September now. Water taste is good, good for a small family of 3:4 members. Price of the product is really low. Best product in this range.I would also like to mention that the body of product is little lighter.only the filter handle broke once in this 1 year duration.

Working good

The product is very nice. I am giving this review after using it for 3 months. Be careful while installation because the technician might byepass the mineraliser. In my home during installation I was fortunate enough to notice that he is not rooting the pipes through the mineraliser. Any ask him why he is not connecting he said only then the water will be sweet. I insisted that mineraliser should be connected because I purposefully but this model for mineraliser only. It will slightly reduces sweetness but the water will have the necessity levels of minerals. The technician could I ask me or check with me if I need a sweet water or mineralised water with lesser sweet.
