For 3 days I have been waiting for them to issue tue return label. They admitted faulty wiring and asked me to open thr machine to check a board. Why would I risk hurting myself? I'm not an electrician. They then said they would give me $80 to keep the item and compensate for my trouble. But they do not want the machine back. They knew it was faulty. Also, they only communicate outside of normal business hours. So they respond to messages late at night and after midnight. DO NOT BUY! I've submitted a fraud claim with my bank and reported the seller to desertcart. Review: Spend your money elseware - I’ve never brought something so cheap in my life, you’d probably get better quality from Temu.
