I bought this strip for the bottom of my exterior door to prevent air from coming in, and it has worked extremely well. Installation was simple, and the adhesive holds firmly in place without shifting or peeling. Once installed, it created a tight seal along the bottom of the door. The improvement was noticeable right away. Cold air and drafts were significantly reduced, making the room feel much more comfortable. Even with regular door use, the strip stays securely attached and maintains its shape and effectiveness. This is one of those simple upgrades that makes a big difference. It’s well made, durable, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. A great solution for improving insulation and keeping cold air out. Highly recommended.

Finally had the opportunity to attach this to the inside of my front door. The difference is night and day. It prevents bug activity, sounds, and loss of air. I am looking forward to seeing how it works as the weather cools down. I am confident it will work well with any type of weather conditions. Excellent product and well designed. Easy installation. Only took about fifteen minutes to install. Once I removed the tape from the sticky strip, it adhered perfectly and has stayed in place. I certainly recommend it. The added benefit is it looks great on the door as well. **Update: December 5, 2025** The door draft stopper has proven to be a reliable solution. The adhesive strip has maintained its ability to securely adhere to the door, effectively reducing outside noise. Additionally, it has eliminated the previous issue of insects entering and exiting the underside of the door, as well as the loss of cool and warm air from escaping from the interior. This device serves as a comprehensive sound barrier, insect deterrent, and energy management system. I would recommend it to others if the need arises, as it has demonstrated its effectiveness.

Very easy to install and so far it seems to be working ok. I would give it 5 stars, but for the fact that, IMO, the adhesive tape should have a stronger bond.

This is firm but flexible and durable. Adhesive works great after a quick blow dryer warm up to loosen the glue! Blocks air very well. Very easy to use as well.

Used this to seal out a draft on an interior door to an eave space (we have a cape cod style house). I used a hair dryer to flatten and make more pliable the door sweep as directed and I had no problems installing it. It was easy to trim and has had no adhesion issues. It effectively blocks the draft which was the point. It also blends in with the moulding we have at the bottom of the door which is nice so you don’t even notice it as we had to install it on the side of the door you see from inside the bedroom otherwise the door sweep would catch on the lip of the door jam.

We didn't want to spend a lot of money and have the need to install a draft stopper under the door (the type that slide over the bottom of the door). This draft stopper fit the bill and works great. Very easy to install.

You can cut this to length very easily. It looks good. The only problem I had with this was getting it to stick. There is a peel off backing that exposes a glue strip and that's how you attach it to your door. It did not want to stick. I understand with most 3M products you have to apply pressure for the glue to actually adhere but how do you apply pressure on something that is 30 some odd inches long. I pressed it down best I could and left it overnight. The next day it seemed to be attached pretty well. I think a better glue strip on the back would improve this product immensely. So if you buy it, and you use it, try not to use it for at least 12 hours in order to allow ttheglue strip to fully adhere to the door.

I purchased this door draft stopper to address air gaps at the bottom of my door, and it has worked very well so far. Installation was simple and required only a pair of scissors to trim it to size. I was pleasantly surprised by the strength of the adhesive—it has remained firmly in place and has not come loose with repeated opening and closing of the door. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and feel it offers good value for its intended purpose.

Blocca davvero gli spifferi e aiuta a mantenere la stanza più calda, oltre a ridurre leggermente anche i rumori che entrano da fuori. Il materiale è flessibile ma resistente, non graffia il pavimento e si taglia facilmente per adattarlo alla misura della porta. Anche il colore bianco è molto pulito e discreto, quasi non si nota una volta installato. Un accessorio semplice ma che fa il suo dovere alla perfezione. Consigliato.
