Seems to be doing its job. My recent glucose numbers have improved although not solely due to supplements; nutrition and exercise have a lot to do with it.

How to assess the value of the product. I've only been taking it for few weeks. There does seem to be an improvement. I'll update my response in a month.

I haven't seen anything change in the last few months I've been takin them. But I still take them daily tho.

Read the negative reviews before you buy this!!! I wish I had, as this is not returnable. I took one capsule two days in a row and suffered stomach pains both days so stopped. Then I read the negative reviews, several of which reported their bottles did NOT contain 60 capsules as labeled, so I counted the number left in my bottle and found 38, after I had used only 2. I'm afraid to take any more due to the stomach pains so I'm just out the cost of the item, but I will read the reviews more carefully before purchasing in future!!!
