We were looking for the perfect bouncer and were also having stretches of baby not having a poo longer than expected. He did go within minutes of the first use. We were cracking up after all of those reviews. Do yourself a favor and order a spare cover to swap out for washes. Baby will love this. Baby will have a blowout in it lol. Feels safe, only now starting to worry he’s bigger and sometimes wants to turn. Color and size is perfect. Very nice quality. Functions as expected and love that it lays flat to take on trips

This bouncer is magical. Great size and weight to move around the house. Really like being able to adjust it so it can hold my newborn. He is about 9lbs in the photo.My baby gets really chill in it, wish we were able to buy one of these with our first 2.Easy to clean spit up off of too.

I was on the fence about purchasing this for my second child due to the price. This item is a must have. My son uses it more than a regular vibrating bouncer or swing. He much prefers this bouncer. High quality and well designed. He's snugly cradled in the fabric and when he moves it bounces by itself. I can bounce it using a finger or toe. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and buy it!

The media could not be loaded. I loveee this thing. I have had it now for over 5 years and used it with both of my boys and even my friends kids when they come over! I love that it has 3 different height levels and the silly looking toy is always a fan favorite!! You can take the cover off and wash it so easily too which is nice!! They both sat in this longer than any other baby item I own!

My wife and I were originally looking for a bouncer to keep our baby girl occupied while we were trying to do other things. This fits the bill nicely both on paper and in practice!On paper, it's made in Sweden (not China, for once) and comes with Oeko-Tex certification. In practice, not only does baby girl love sitting in this, I can tell you with certainty that the reviews about how this makes their kids poop are not exaggerated! Almost every time we put her in this, she has a massive poop after only a few minutes, much to our amusement.The stock fabric cover is okay but takes a long time to dry. Babybjorn's mesh fabric dries a lot faster. Don't run out and buy a mesh model, though - the model that comes with the two-tone grey cover goes on sale for 20% off on a regular basis, and there's a price premium on the models that come with mesh.For that price difference, buy this model, buy a mesh cover separately, and you'll have a bouncer with two covers for the price of one that comes with the mesh!

I don't think you can really appreciate how awesome this bouncer/portable chair is unless you've used the cheaper ones first. When my daughter was born a friend of mine was nice enough to lend me her Fisher Price bouncer chair that vibrated. While it was convenient for placing the baby anywhere in the house I ended up hating it because of its design...the legs stick out in a 'V' shape and I tripped over the thing constantly. It was worse in the middle of the night when trying to get the baby to calm down and go to sleep, half asleep myself and then there I was trying not to kill us both tripping over the stupid bouncer. I noticed other reviews for the Fisher Price bouncer complaining of the same things. Whoever designed that chair should be flogged.But I digress...this bouncer is awesome for so many reasons...- Doesn't nearly kill you with poorly designed legs- Super lightweight- Doesn't require batteries (my daughter hated the vibrating feature on the Fisher Price bouncer)- Easy to remove the cloth and washes well; easy to put back on...you just slide it on and off- Easy to put baby in/take baby out- Lasts until the kid's a toddler as a toddler chair- Small physical footprint- Cleaner materials, resulting in a less toxic environment for your little oneCons:Obviously the biggest con is the price when you compare it to the much cheaper bouncers but you get what you pay for and as I mentioned above, you can't really appreciate this fact unless you've owned/used the cheaper bouncers before this. The only other con is that this doesn't come with the toy bar and for the price it should. I didn't buy the toy bar but it looks like I'm going to because my daughter gets bored after a while and drops the toys I do give her so she needs something that stays in front of her and keeps her attention. In the meantime we have slid this thing halfway under the activity gym/mat and she plays with the toys hanging down while in the bouncer.Bottom line, this is truly the best bouncer on the market and worth every penny if you can afford it. If not, do not get the Fisher Price with the legs that stick out to the side (I think all of theirs do, actually)...get anything but those, for your safety! And get the toy bar, if you can.One thing about the mesh...I got the silver mesh because I simply liked the look of it but if I had it to do over again I'd get the standard cloth version and in a dark color because my daughter has been nice enough to blow out several diapers all over this thing and while it has washed like a dream (thanks to OxyClean stain remover) I fear the day she stains it for good. However if you live in a hot climate mesh is the way to go.
