Tastes amazing. Even by itself on your fingertip. Mild mushroom flavor with a HUGE umami punch.

Bring some umami to your next dish. I'm not a fan of mushrooms because of their texture, so this is exactly what I wanted. A single little spoon is all you need, so this should last you a while.

Great flavor- I love using this instead of salt in savory dishes for an extra dose of umami flavor!

This is a excellent product. And it really does take your cooking and eating experience to another level. If you don't eat meat, and a recipe calls for chicken bouillon powder, this is an excellent substitution. I gave it 1 star because of the expiration date. It has just over 7 months and typically products like this have approximately 16-18 months before they expire. If the expiration date was longer I would have gotten more value for my money. Would I purchase this again online? No! I'd travel to my local Asian grocery store and buy it there, or the next best thing.
