Great product! My cat was having difficulty keeping his whiskers out of the water & kept moving his plastic water bowl, so I decided to buy a water fountain. I chose this one based on other reviews, & I 'm glad I purchased it. It was very easy to set up. I like that it's stainless steel, easier to clean, has filters, so the water is always fresh. It comes with a mat to put underneath to keep the floor clean. I have not had any issues with any splashing at all. It is VERY quiet--I can't hear the motor running at all. My cat is generally opposed to anything new or noisy, but he used it right away. Definitely worth the money!

Excellent fountain. My cat was not drinking from her old plastic fountain even though I changed the filters and cleaned it 3x week. With this new Veken fountain she is drinking more, (more output of urine and better stools). The fountain is easy to assemble and clean. It really filters out bits of food and hair. My cousin just ordered one too. I do change the water 1x per week and clean the parts. It is very quiet. I like that you can turn off the light and the fountain before unplugging. My cat loves it. I have seen more expensive fountains out there. This is a good deal for the quality. It functions and does what it promises. It delivers clean filtered water for my fussy cat. I highly recommend.

This is a very nice fountain with quiet operation, even with the flower attachment installed. There are few plastic parts, which helps keep the slimy buildup to a minimum. My cat used it immediately as soon as I turned it on. It has a large capacity so you can fill it less often. It’s very easy to take the fountain apart for cleaning. I gave this 4 stars because there are a couple of improvements that would make the product perfect. There is no “minimum” fill line, only a “maximum” fill line, so you can’t be sure the water level is correct for proper operation. There is a switch to toggle the blue light on or off. I don’t know the purpose of the blue light, but I prefer it off. The metal for the base seems somewhat flimsy, resembling a hotel ice bucket. It may be easily dented if you were to drop it. Overall, I would recommend this cat fountain.

I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of this pet fountain. The 304 stainless steel gives it a clean, modern look and feels much sturdier than the plastic ones I’ve used in the past. I’m not constantly refilling it, which is especially helpful on busy weeks. The multi-stage filtration system does a great job keeping the water clean and fresh, and I appreciate the leak-proof construction. No puddles, no stress. I have had a number of fountains prior to this one, but this one is so much better than the others. I’ve been using the fountain for 2 months now and appreciate that it is stainless steel and resistant to mold and bacteria. It has fewer parts and is easier to clean; I’m not struggling to get gunk out of crevices and unreachable areas. I had to use a q-tip to attempt to reach into areas on my last fountain. The fountain design allows them to drink from the middle of the spout or from a stream, or they can drink from the pool below. It is easy to fill and refill without having to take it apart. Best part is that my cats love it. While they really like having a fountain, they do not like them all equally. A while back I tried a ceramic fountain with a single hook-shaped spout, but they would not even drink from it! After a week of trying, I gave it away. It is funny that my cats sit and watch while I clean their fountain, waiting to get it back. As soon as it’s done, they line up and wait their turn (or not!) to drink, even before I’ve added the water. Best fountain ever. If there’s any criticism it’s that I wish it was a little bigger-my 4 cats drink a lot-but I’ll take the quality and functionality any day over size. I hope it lasts a long time because it’s perfect for us.
