My 110k mile pickup was idling rough. Used another expensive product with minimal improvement. This FI Cleaner showed noticable results almost instantly. Smoother idling and much better throttle response.

Honest review of Liqui Moly 2007 Jectron Gasoline Fuel Injection Cleaner - 300 ml , blue @ $8.68 at time of order. I recently acquired a 2002 Ford Taurus with the 3.0L V6 and DOHC. It only had about 131,000 miles on it, but I noticed it seemed like there would be some intermittent misses in the firing. Other than oil changes, I do not believe that this vehicle was mechanically well maintained. After some research and reading reviews of products, I opted to try some injection cleaner as one step in a treatment regimen. I will endeavor to update this review with results after giving it time to work. Likes: Amazon Prime shipping, returns and refunds within 30 days of receipt. Reputable product. The price point seemed reasonable, especially if it works as advertised (10.1 ounces, single treatment can). Comes with dispensing attachment for easier pouring. Dislikes: The design of the can and pouring mechanism left a small amount of product inside the can of valve cleaner. Even completely inverting the can it wouldn’t come out. Granted, it wasn’t a whole lot, but I paid for all of it, not for some left in the can that wouldn’t even shake out. Sorry if this sounds nitpicky, but it is also a problem for disposal afterwards as it has to sit out and evaporate or put it in the trash with flammable liquid inside. Meh: I have put several miles on since adding this to just over a quarter tank of fuel and have not noticed any improvements. I realize it might take a while longer perhaps. Hopefully this honest review helps someone decide about this product.

Works great and does make a big difference

Absolutely incredible difference! I have a 2010 MK6 GTI with all the toys, main one being a Garrett 2867R turbo with ECU tuning. I had a professional carbon cleaning done with walnut media and even had my injectors rebuilt at around 40k miles. Since then, I only put on another 15k miles. (Work from home and 2 other cars keep the mileage down). Anyway, I use other liqui-moly products in my vehicles and really like them. This Jectron, however, blew my socks off. I poured a bottle into the tank yesterday and then took advantage of the unusually warm New England weather. I took a nice hour long drive and definitely got on it more than a few times. Parked the car and it sat overnight. This afternoon, I had a few errands to run. As I was pulling onto the main roads from my neighborhood, it felt like a different car. This was no placebo effect as I was just using this to keep my car running as well as can be. Holy moly, no pun intended. The car accelerated incredibly quick, even under partial throttle. It felt like I was running my race file tune. Well, needless to say, my errands got done, but not without a detour to the highway to have a little fun. Came home giddy with the new found power. I must have built up a bit of carbon over the last 15k miles. I ordered a bottle for my wife’s Macan S. I’m sure she’ll be happy with the results. Highly recommend. This is something I’ll run every 2-3 tankfuls. I still can’t believe the results! $12 very well spent!

You can pay the dealer big $, or do this ! I've run several can thru my system over the summer and the engine purrs like it's a kitten. This stuff is amazing. No bull. The Germans know their car stuff !

It looks like the engine is smoother, but as I figure it out already, you'll need to add this to every tank fill in order to really clean your car's injection system! There was a YouTuber that made a proper review by using this product repeatedly and checking the results after each use (tank fill). It's a matter of using it and feeling your car, I guess.

I am not sure of the unclogging properties as I use this on every 4-5 tank fills as preventative maintenance. It cant hurt to use it monthly and can only help in keeping injectors clean before they get clogged or sticky,.
