No, this is manufactured over seas. I don't believe there is an American made tailgate handle, even from GM.

This does not have a keyhole. Only aftermarket type handles have a lock and key setup.

Hello, sorry no bolts or hardware is included with the handle. Those are separate items that have to be purchased from the hardware store or most likely the dealership. Most customers use the hardware they are removing for the new install. Thanks for the question.
