I have to say, this toilet flapper works! My old one had deteriorated and would not flush without pulling the chain by hand. Was worried this wouldn't fit or would be too difficult to install. I'm no handy man. Thankfully, I was wrong on both accounts. It might have taken me all of 10 minutes (maybe 7-8) to install and it flushes better than ever. I mean that. BETTER than it did originally. I realize it may not work on every Toto model. But if your model is listed, give it a try if you need to replace. I bought another one for my other toilet if it ever starts acting up.

I've been using these for years now. I have multiple bathrooms with Toto toilets. These work fine and seem to be of very good quality and the price is right.

My Toto toilet started to once in a while have a slow water leak down the "whatever you call it." It would happen maybe once every 10 - 20 flushes. This would cause the toilet to refill the small amount of water it was missing. Problem is, because it was little amount, it filled it very slowly, almost like misting water in. This caused the pipe in my basement to shake. I ordered this replacement part. I have not had the problem since. It befuddled me though as I don't see any wear and tear on the original one to cause the slow leak of water. This one also does not seem as sturdy but I cannot complain as it does work.

Our two toilets would run as if someone had flushed them even when nobody was using the toilets. I decided to replace the flapper and purchased these and what a difference! Not only have the toilets stopped running but when we flush the toilet now we can control how long the flush lasts. Saves water and stops the toilets from blocking too! Great product and easy to install.

Worthless, sadly, despite all the great reviews here. Bought to replace my Toto flapper, but it does not seal properly, and is too light. Consequently, my toilet is leaking MORE than it was with the faulty flapper (with the crumbling rubber gasket) that I'm trying to replace.

Used this in an older (25 years) Toto and it works perfectly. Easy installation and the occasional "running" of the water valve has quit.

The item itself is fine and well made. But this is not a 2-pack.
