It is a good combo but….
It may be a better idea to get the “live charger” with 4s option. Other option is to get the adapters for the new Traxxas batteries to use a hobby charger. Nothing wrong with the battery or charger. Easy to use and it has a storage function.

Traxxas goes zoom. Charges quite fast and fits well into the slash model. Easy to use for newbies and a decent price for what it’s meant to do
