The resistance band anchor works as advertised. It is easy to install and adjust and it seems strong. Very good price for an exceptional product

Very helpful strap
I've had resistance bands for a long time and had difficulty using them because I couldn't get angles right with the door anchor. This bands helps a lot. My one complaint and reason for 4 stars is that they need something slightly thicker to "anchor" it. There is a small piece of yellow strap attached to the top and I believe it's there to prevent the strap from moving then there is tension that would move the strap on the door (like when pulling down on a loop). But it's just one extra layer so if there is a small space ( like there is in my door), the strap still moves. I don't do anything where the safety depends on that strap staying in place but if I did, this is not a strap I could use. But for the price, it looks well made, seems sturdy with that one exception, and helps me a lot so I'm pleased with it.

Wider is better....
Overall the anchor is solid. It was worth the money spent. It's wider than the original anchor I've been using to workout. The second anchor cuts down on the transitioning between exercises.

Great work out
This is great for upper body work out, you can really feel your body working out. This is steady which I did not think it would be and is quite strong. It does not wobble or lose its grip. I like the fact that i can pack it up and take it with me. It's also the right length and gives you the ability to use five different levels so you can change up the exercise along with the strength at which you want to workout. You can set it up in a matter of minutes.

Misrepresentations
The strap is well made sturdy. Misrepresentations the bands are not included? It says two items but when I said I didn't get the bands I said was told then not included.
