Fits really well, not too tight but it does show off my physique nicely. I like it so much I bought one in another color (sky blue). I'm 6' and 175# and the medium size is perfect. It's a medium weight, good for cool but not very cold weather.

Good quality product and the size guide is pretty accurate too. Very pleased with my purchase of two.
