This computer worked fine, with the exception of the Ethernet. I can not connect to the internet. I tried contacting tech support but, they are open ONLY Saudi Arabian time?

Great price and works great!
After much research I decided to purchase this computer from Amazon due to the low price. I am not sorry either. It arrived timely, and with no issues, I was up and running within 1/2 hour. I didn't realize at the time, but the screen is huge! Love it!

Decent PC except everything is in Chinese, even after changing language and region settings part of the text was still stuck in Chinese had to reinstall Windows to be able to use the PC

PC Arrived Missing a HDD
I have ordered 2 of these barebones PCs in the past and been satisfied. They provide what I need in a fast bootup and basic internet browsing. Memory is relatively inexpensive these days so loading up on HDD space and RAM memory is a no-brainer. Unfortunately, this last one I ordered appears to be missing the 4TB HDD, so I will be returning. I didn't want to open it to confirm, but it doesn't show up in Windows Explorer. Dell won't support these - even brand new. The (uncomfortable) mouse and (UK version) keyboard that ships with it are barely usable. It does come with a USB FOB for wireless LAN and a power cord.Update: I returned the PC with the missing HDD. After waiting nearly a month to get my credit, I ordered another one. Sure enough, the next PC also arrived with a missing HDD. Please check your PCs out carefully if you order one and verify that it actually contains what you purchased. This is so frustrating!Update #2: I ordered yet another PC with a slightly different configuration. I thought that this one was missing the WiFi adapter, but then I found it installed in a rear USB port - makes me think this is a used PC. I powered it up and this PC finally has the correct configuration, as ordered.
