Product ok. Amazon’s return practices - very poor
This item was great, but they sent the wrong color for grandchild. I returned this item to Staples, they gave me a receipt and I received emails that the item was returned. So someone in Staples must have stolen the WHITE version of this Spider-Man hoodie. That leaves me to pay for stolen items? No. I will take this to the FTC-

I really wanted to like this hoodie, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The fabric feels cheap and thin, and after just one wash, it started to lose its shape. The stitching isn’t great either, with a few loose threads appearing right away. It’s not as comfortable as I hoped, and the fit is off. Overall, not worth the price. I would not recommend it.
