While this ball is great for indoors because it is quiet when bounced due to being foam, it starts to disintegrate with use into small pierces and the occasional chunks. Whatever the foam material it is made from, it does not hold up well for very long. I will NOT buy again because it starts to fall apart little by little.

This is a great ball. It’s small enough for toddlers but large enough for older kids. The foam is compact enough so that there is a nice bounce, and it’s sturdy enough to kick and endure other play activities without pieces falling off. Highly recommend! I’m ordering more!

Soft, and just right for game playing with the Littles. Bounces just right. No one can get hurt. Just good old fashioned playing going on with this ball.

This foam ball is slightly hard yet lightweight. Probably the best part is how lightweight and quiet it is. There's very little sound from impact, so it's suitable for indoor play where you may want to reduce the noise. It's decent quality foam, it's not as hard as foam rollers and slightly softer instead.Upon arrival, the ball had a corner that had a small bump with a slightly sharper corner. It's a tiny part but scratchy, so I used a knife to slice off the sharp bump. This was easy to do but it would have been better to part of the quality assurance.The ball has moderate bounce to it, so on a hard surface, it's possible to dribble with it with some force. For throwing and receiving, the ball is so lightweight that it's difficult to get hurt. It's not too soft, as the foam holds its shape well.

Soft, easy to grip and easy to toss and roll. My granddaughters love to play with it!
