I started to suffer back pain several months ago and finally realised the hours I spend in my office chain with poor posture was causing it. Whilst I can mindfully sit with better posture, my chair doesn't encourage that and as I concentrate on my work, the posture slips. So I bought this A-Pce lumbar support to help me maintain better posture. It does. Works as it should and I have noticed my back getting better. I don't think this support works on its own. I am also doing some core work to improve core strength and some mobility work too. Also, the support takes real estate on your chair, so it helps if the chair is large - as mine is. I am happy with purchase as I've noticed tangible benefits and on that basis I can recommend it.

Fantastic back pain relief. Good value for money. Able to adjust the back little pad or even the big part separately as where it needs. I bought this to compliment my cushioning under me while I sit and the two works magic. No more tired, rigid back after long hours of driving.

The cushion is great if you have a more curved lumbar, upper back support is nice. Buckle clip broke within a week from the tension of the strong elastic. Had to DIY fix with a cable tie.

Helps with back pain but very uncomfortable to drive with it as it's pushes your closer to the wheel and pedals.

It is really soft and has helped my back a lot. I have seen a great improvement over the past days that I can Sit hours on hours and my usual back pain from the chair is non existent!!!!!

This looks a bit weird, but it does a great job.I have mine on my car seat, and it supports my back brilliantly.I suffer constant bad back pain after breaking my back 23 years ago on a BMX track, and it’s difficult to find any effective relief, but this supports the right spots thanks to the adjustable straps, and makes driving somewhat less challenging than before. It’s one of the better back supports I’ve owned, and I’ve owned loads over the years!Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼

This product provide little ease of support and should not be purchased by consumers who suffer from lower back pain!

I had real issues on my chair this cushion has filled the gap and the middle bit is adjustable so I can move it up and down until its comfortable. I can now sit I'm my chair and I don't get back ache! Great product, great instructions! Thankyou!
