I am 4 days in taking these and they have really made a huge difference already.My diet is really good and I drink plenty of fluids, but going to the loo regularly has been an issue for some time, but since taking these that has changed, already! The 300 billion Pro and prebiotic that I purchased through Amazon are amazing, after trying several different brands, I have finally found the perfect one that works for me. These tablets are easy to swallow, good quality and seems to have made a positive difference overall impact to my gut health. I Have been taking these for a couple of months and they’re great at keeping my digestive problems at bay, these are also the only ones I have found that work without any side effects at all for me.

I’d been taking prebiotics and probiotics separately and decided to try these as a single replacement for both.The container I received was written in German, with no English translation, so I had to google the instructions for use, which was easy enough but not something I thought I’d have to do.The quality of the product seemed decent, good packaging and the capsules were a good size and easy to get down, with no flavour or aftertaste. While I can’t say I noticed any difference after taking them there were no ill effects.It’s also handy that they don’t have to be stored in the fridge and have a longer shelf life than the standard yoghurt/dairy free probiotic shot.The price seemed expensive but if you look around it’s pretty much in line with similar strength pre and probiotics.As always with these type of things, do your own research, read instructions thoroughly before use and don’t overdose yourself.
