After I thought my ram broke my leg, doc said it was a deep muscle contusion. I could not walk without support for a couple days and when I did, just the movement of the muscle with each step was unbearable. The only relief came when I tried an elastic wrap. As soon as I tried to walk, it would slip down to my knee. I searched Amazon and found this compression rig that wrapped around my waist and held the compression sleeve tightly in place. Not only did it help my thigh injury - it is also something that will be helpful with my occasional sciatica issues. It didn't have a 'size' but what came fit and is adjustable. Probably wouldn't fit a bigger fella - but fits the chubby grandma.

Great brace, but doesn’t consistently relieve pain.

This was purchased after my daughter had a hip injury with soccer. She has worn this brace for the past 3 games stating it has been taking some pressure off her hip and she feels supported. She likes the Velcro stating as she wears it she can adjust to the tightness she needs. She states it does not hinder her play or her running. She has stated the only down fall is the amount of sweat it creates on her stomach during her games. Fits great and adjustable to almost any size.

Buying this is a waste of money if you're a heavier person. Gave 3 stars tho because it is what it says it is and probably helps with sciatica if you can wear it.

The leg part would not stay in place. It kept slipping. I ended up cutting the band off and just using it.

This product for $13 is the best hip brace for hip replacement surgery I have ever bought. It is not heavy it's gives support the materials breathable I have bought several for 30 and $40. I thought why not try it OMG so good and for $13.

Easy to use and fit it's provided me with a huge amount of support and therefore pain relief. Not a permanent solution for a chronic condition but if you have an acute episode of pain this could be the cure! High quality material which is breathable so doesn't get too hot with prolonged use.

Perfect for my recovery! I’m larger size at 200 lbs and this fit perfectly. It is easily adjustable for smaller sizes too! I feel very supported.
