I was told by a Orthopaedic surgeon that Cod liver oil does nothing even how I take it by the bottle ; swig but he said it’s very good for you gut m, hence I carry on . This is cheaper and does my needs .

Plastic bottle instead of glass ? The issue of micro plastics is worrying .. But no issues with the Cod oil
