Delicious! has a proper vinegar taste, good texture, and a decent portion. The seal arrived perfectly intact and the bottle doesn't leak on its side if you knock it over in the fridge. If you liked pickled sausages but don't want high heat flavors this is a great option.

Delicious smoked sausage in pickled brine. It hits a lot of sour and salty notes. Each one takes me about two bites, and I eat about three per snack. No heat. Sometimes I’ll sip the brine. I need more salt than most people do so during the summer I jokingly call this my “medicinal sausage.”

I am on a hunt for a good Penrose replacement. If that’s your standard as well, these have the texture but not the flavor. That said, These are a great SMOKED pickled sausage. I do recommend, but the smoke flavor is too heavy to be a Penrose substitute

My only problem with these, the ones I got were a bit mushy but the flavor made up for it. EDIT: almost done with jar, I think the texture is normal and fine with the flavor. If you're a brine sipper this stuff will vinegar ye. The sausage flavor is reminiscent of 5l1m J1ms and the brine is a wonderful vinegar brine. This brine doesn't turn to jelly when cold but it is amazing flavor. I've also had Bay View Pork Hocks and those were great across the board.

This jar is so small for the price it's ridiculous! Get the big jar from Byrne Dairy for s12.00! This like a small jar of pickled Vienna sausages.

It was fantastic, Sadly it didn't get that many sausage 2oz was 2 link, x 4? And 8 links was all there was? In the Jars, we still had lots of juices left over! Was thinking of buying. Beef Polish Sausages and used it one or twice more! Back in the day, The Jar was full to the brined of Sausages? But price & cost done them in too...
