I received the product without the know tool. I raised a complaint for replacement and got one, even that doesn't have the knot tool... What to do, I guess the seller didn't understand the request while giving the replacement... Air filling is very good and easy though, not sure about the durability... I didn't use the switch to keep it on, I just pressed the knob to fill the air which serves the purpose
