Should this come with a safety seal on the box or actual lip tint? The box looks opened but there is no seal to confirm.

It's been a while since I ordered this but I do believe there was a safety seal on it

Made in korea, some products are vegan but they are not cruelty free so it is recommended to avoid purchasing them

Does the lipstick contain vitamins?

I’m not sure but this seems to dry out my lips. Not a fan.
