Vitamin K2 (without K1- Yay!) is becoming an increasingly important supplement to take. I really like that the soft gel casing is made of Coconut Oil which makes it very easy to swallow and no bad aftertaste. When I received it, I immediately placed the bottle in the fridge as it stated to do in the directions to alleviate any stickiness that could develop from transportation in the summer heat. There has been no stickiness in my batch. I've been taking K2 with MK-4 and MK-7 for a few years now and really like how it's an additional tool in my health regime.

Seems to be fine. I store it in the fridge & take it every evening.

The 1 thing I don`t like is that it may contain tree nuts as some nuts contain fungus.I like that it has 600 total mg of mk4 & mk7 & it doesn`t contain any junk in the extra ingredients.The price is very good & getting 180 capsules is a bonus.I like that it is full spectrum & has cocunut oil baseI mainly use this as my Dr. said that after 50 yrs old calcium is drawn from the bones & into the arteries which is NOT good,this product takes it from the arteries back into the bones & takes away buildup in the arteries.One other thing I always look for is that this is 3rd party tested & I will recommend this product!!! K2 is extremely important in everyone's supplemental intake, especially after age 60. Including coconut oil is a HUGE plus with this product. A double thumbs up for sure.
