Smooth casting and retrieval
I really like the way the gears mesh. It is so smooth retrieving. Casting is also very smooth. My only concern is the rod eyelets holding up over time.

Horrible packaging
Rod and reel look solid but dang the way it came was very nerve wracking. It had a little tiny sheet of filler in a big box. I know that 2 piece rod was all over the place in that box banging up against each other. Gonna try and use it asap to see how it performs. Hope the rod doesn’t snap right away.

Damage
I ordered two rods and both came with issues. One of the rods came damage with a few other deep scratches and the other was missing the screw to hold the handle.

It's a good size for a woman to use.
This rod is easy to handle ,I can feel the fish easily.this is my favorite rod and it is a strong rod
