Does a great job at preparing vegetables but is a nightmare to clean. I resorted to using a long wooden skewer. I would recommend preparing large quantities of fruit and vegetables as it takes a good 5-10mins to clean out all the components. I wouldn’t trust it in a dishwasher.

Salads take 5 minutes to prepare now. It's easy to use. It's easy to clean. Not more to ask for. Gets the job done.
