I just wanted to say that the customer service is great 👌🏼. We decided not to take or use this collar and they refunded the whole amount without any complications. The collar is beautiful and the size as described but we just decided to use a different one instead. Appreciated 🙏🏼

Dieses Hundehalsband macht nicht nur optisch etwas her. Zuerst dachte ich es wäre etwas zu schmal für einen 45kg Hund aber es ist perfekt, da es nicht zu breit ist sodass der Hund sich nicht beengt fühlt, zudem ist es sehr stabil und super leicht umzulegen. Durch die einfach zu bedienende Größenverstellung ist es für jeden Hund geeignet egal wie der Umfang des Halses ist. Super schick und ein Tolles Halsband 👌
