If you’re looking for a fantastic fidget slider then this is the one to get. It is not super heavy and feels good in the hand with absolutely no rough edges or hot spots. As for how it sounds, it’s not quiet but also not super loud either. The noise it makes is a satisfying crunchy clickety clack sound so if you’re looking for something with a loud crisp click then this is not for you. The magnets are just the right strength to have super smooth movement but strong enough to do lots of tricks my fingers and hands never get tired from using it. Overall this is a great quality trackless fidget slider.

What is considered a 'good' fidget toy is dependent on personal taste, but I have enjoyed using this one. I like the sound it makes in conjunction with the feeling of the magnets snapping in place. The sound is loud enough that you cannot use it in meetings or on phone calls unless muted. I like that you can use it one handed. I use it on long conference calls when muted and when focusing on solving a problem. It as a solid feel and some weight. I like the clean appearance. It came with two optional black stickers that can be applied to the interior of one or both blocks. The pads did not really reduce sound but did lesson the magnetic pull slightly but not enough to affect the use. Moving the pieces back and forth can be done for longer periods, but when I started turning the top piece 180 (one handed), my hand would get tired and occasionally cramp up. I used it for short periods at first and am increasing duration as I build up my hand strength. I felt it was a little pricey when I ordered it, but now that I know I will use it regulatory and it has a solid feel, I feel the price was okay.

I like this fidget a lot. I bought it knowing it's a budget knockoff of the YC EDC Breakthrough, which costs five times as much, because I wanted to see if I would connect with it, and I have. I like the sound and feeling of manipulating it. However I am quite sure the video showing tricks was recorded using the Breakthrough and not one of these. The magnets in this fidget are not remotely strong enough to allow many of the maneuvers in that video. But I expect I will upgrade to the Breakthrough in the not too distant future. I think it's enjoyable, and small so it's easy to carry around with me.

Great fidget toy for adult or kid. The magnet is stronger than others and feels better to handle. Does make a slight noise that some consider annoying but this can be minimized. Works great for concentration

Great for keeping your hands busy if that's something you're looking for, however it's not as smoothed as advertised. Excellent clicking noise and the magnets seem okay quality. It's pretty expensive for a fidget toy, but if you like magnets and clicking sounds this is the toy for you.

While I prefer the black 2.0 model by HiDec, the worn metal style here is a close second. Great quality and strong magnets plus Teflon stickers for those who don't like the metal-on-metal feel.

I am a fidgeter. If I’m not tapping my foot, I’m clicking a pen. This slider is the Rolls Royce of fidget toys. It’s made of metal and has magnets inside. You slide it back and forth and it makes satisfying "swoosh" and snap sounds. The haptic feedback is addictive. Warning: It is loud enough that you cannot use it during a Zoom meeting without people thinking you are cracking walnuts. But for solo fidgeting? It’s fantastic.

It seems well constructed. The decorative back and the flat plate are nicely machined. I wanted to address the loudness and grittiness a bit so I attempted to unscrew the plate. The screw heads broke off so super glue it is to get it back together. It is a bummer that the manufacture cheaped out on the screw when the rest if it is nice.

Cant stop fidgetting them since. The crackling sound it makes is so satisfying. Just dont fidget them in public places or someone gets annoyed. Overall, nice to bring in your pocket as an edc item.

Nice fidget toy. Good build quality and fun to play around with. It's got a satisfying feeling in the hand.

It's a decent slider, nice weight, not too heavy and not too light. Though it was pretty loud which was not to my liking so I opened it up and glued the magnets down which made it near silent and much more enjoyable for me. It also comes with two black stickers to also help limit noise. I took a star off because it feels overpriced for some metal and magnets and I had to glue the magnets down to make it to my preference, but I don't regret my purchase at all! Definitely recommend if the noise wont bother you or if you are willing to go through the effort of gluing down the magnets to make it quieter.
