Bought 4 of these lights
I have now bought 4 of these lights, I rate them highly. I love the flexibility of dc power and battery housing for npf batteries (beats an internal battery, I can swap the npf batteries when they run out). Love the power, colour range, simplicity of use etc. Two niggles that I think could be a huge bonus... a controller to control them all rather than pairing one controller with an individual light... even if it just a simple on/off for them all when running off batteries. The second thing would be a bowens mount adapter, to allow the one of a range of modifiers. The handle won't allow an umbrella to afix (I've bought a new mount to do that) and the fitting is slightly larger than zy mount, so that adapter doesn't fit!!

Good product but
The product is fine ,but it doesn’t mention that batteries are not included which is quite misleading as it mentions battery life , and as these batteries are upwards of 30 pounds I was a bit disappointed. If you only want to use indoors the supplied power supply works great, but I wanted this light to take on outside locations ,so now have to get a pair of batteries.

Very good COB light for the money
For the money, this is a great COB light, for a small project or someone starting out.I do find it limiting, but will start with the ProsThis light is very small, I mean, I was shocked how small this was, with a power of 60w, that makes it quite powerful for it's size. The colour temperature is decent from 2800K-6800K, a great range from white light to a warm orange light. It has those gimmicky modes for tv, firework, fire effects which I have never needed to use, but someone may, so I guess it's there to use.The big downsides to this light, it comes with an EU plug with a UK adapter, which doesn't fit correctly, it's loose, a slight knock will unplug the light, also there is a bracket to connect those big, heavy NPF 970 batteries, it makes it more portable but also, it then makes it a heavy setup, which is a shame as it's a small compact light. What would have been great is to have a USB C port for a powerbrick to be connected to it, making it a more lighter, compact setup. The other downside, is that it has it's own proprietary light modifier attachment system, I already own a Mini Bowens Adapter, it would have been nice for it to take this, for versatility, other attachments you may already own can be added, like Zyihun's softbox etc.As mentioned, for the price, it's a great light, but with limitations.

My enthusiasm dulled when I discovered shipped with batteries
I've been after a light like this, mainly for the portability. Sadly a bit disappointed that I have to buy the batteries separately to make this light more useful to me. Price is budget friendly in my opinion, but batteries for it can be quite expensive so perhaps its not quite as budget friendly as I thought.I do like that it has a remote control and is easily mountable on light stands. The remote itself I think is very handy as it can control the colour range and brightness, handy when mounting this up high for example. The creative scenes lighting options can be useful also, they work pretty much as I expected these days. If it had a battery with it, I'd be giving it 5 stars as can certainly do a job for me.
