Q: Does anyone have any tips or something they would like to share since using yours? I love mine, but would love any hints!

I just used mine for the 1st time....Apparently I missed the part about the gravity drain hose that needs to lay flat. I specifically chose this one because it said the inlet hose was also the drainage hose, both located on top. Im disabled and live on the 3rd floor of my house. My washer and dryer are in the basement so thats another set of stairs. I live with my 74 year old Mom but thats just too much to ask. Luckily, this machine fits next to my toilet and I read ALL the instructions 1st, so I just sat with a bucket and let it drain but even the instructions don't match the model.... Get the 6ft drainage hose extension!!!!

Q: The instructions are a bit lacking. Why does it have two water intake valves - one on the washer side and one the spin side?

I just got one and mine will not drain the water on the washer side. I have tried everything and I finally had to take the clothes out soaking wet and put them in the spinning side. I have to empty the washer by hand. When I got the clothes out of the spinning side the clothes were super wrinkled. I am going to return it only problem is you have to cut the box to get it out. Not sure where I am going to fine a box large enough to ship it back.🤦♀️

Q: The spin cycle stopped working.. any solutions? Tried turning on and off but only timer works.

Mine does this as well, it’s because you really aren’t suppose to run your wash and spin cycles at the same time. As long as I do it one at a time, everything runs just fine. If it happens, I drain all the water and put in a new batch of water and it starts right back up!

Q: Can fabric softener be used in this machine?

Use fabric softner, if you go by everyone that micro manages everything they consume and wears etc, you'll go crazy. Im not saying dont worry about your health, im saying use fabric softner. At the end of the day, everyone is gonna die of something. Enjoy your washer
