Dual Motor Electric Bike for Adults, Dual Motor 2000W 22.4Ah 35MPH AWD Ebike 26" Fat Tire MTB Hydraulic Disc Brake

Retired USA E8 and am 70 years old. Ride cross country and had to switch to an electric bike since having a knee replacement. Rode 30.54 miles today at level 3 with an average speed of 17.3 mph and 1:45 minutes. These are country roads in Texas and have a mixture of flat and hills roads which all are paved. At the end of the ride I still had two dots left on the battery monitor. The first time I rode I really pressed it and rode on level 5 going 23 to 36 mph depending if it was uphill or flat road. Went about 20 miles with the lights on and still had 1 dot left on the battery monitor.The instructions that come with the bike are poorly written and don't give trouble shootiing pointers in case you run into a snag. Not really that hard to assemble.Great bike!!!

So far, the bike still rides good, but the pedal bearings have died completely on the left pedal. Other than that, it seems good so far. Edit: The customer support specialist wasted no time getting me a new a pedal for free once I managed to get the issue reported. The pedal took a few days to get to me but that's expected. Overall nice bike and good service so far.

Broken parts, bent parts, poor quality.

This is an amazing EV bike for the money. It's heavy duty and looks like it will hold up to the demands I bought this bike for. At first alittle intimidating because it is a full sized bike good for tall people. It is also very fast in the lowest PAS setting. Looking forward to learning and traveling on.Mountain roads

The bike isn't that great. But they made it right. It arrived broken inside the box, with no damage to the box. I contacted the company thru Amazon with the news. Chris was quick to send me a reply & sent out a part to replace the broken one. I also wasn't happy with the way the handle bars were so forward & low. So Chris sent me a riser & two different goose necks so I could get them adjusted to exactly what I needed. I also bought an extra battery, which Chris offered me for half price. Overall, I am happy with the out come.This is my first electric bike. I'm a bit disappointed with the way the power assist works & the little power that it has. I was expecting it to just assist with the speed I pedal. But it just accelerates to max speed as long as the pedals are moving. The max speed seems to be adjusted by the 9 settings it has which are easily adjusted on the fly with buttons on the handle bars. I was also expecting enough power to do wheelies, or at least be able to pull the front tire off the ground a little bit. But thats not the case. It just gently accelerates. But on the other hand, I did notice the front wheel pulling me out of what would have been a washout in the dirt & rocks. I would like to do more research to find out if any of the other electric bikes have a more instant response of power. So I have no reference for that. But I'm getting used to the bike & how to ride it. My last two rides were much better than the first three. The instructions are almost non-existent. But I'm hoping that thru my complaints that they will up their details in their future shipments. So there you have it. I wouldn't have taken the time to write this if Chris hadn't made things right.
