Great foot support!
I have been having a lot of pain in the upper side of my foot and it was because I was not getting enough support in my arches. This has immensely helped with the pain and it almost feels 100% better now. These things are game changers. Slide them right into my UGG boots and they gave me the support I needed. The nice thing is they hold the support and you can take them out and put them in any shoe.

These intimidating rigid plastic things are the Greatest Insoles I've ever used!
Warning: These are not cushion insoles. These are Fantastic! I've been buying Physix Gear Orthotic Insoles for years, now, and they are my "go to" probably for forever. When the original insoles of my shoes or boots wear out, in go the Physix! Even for my running shoes that use insoles. These also cater to my high arches.I originally bought them to help my Plantar Fasciitis at the time, and am so glad I took a chance and tried them.

Good arch support, but minimum cushion. Doesn't fit well with narrow shoes.
As a rule of thumb (or so I've been told) for effective orthotics, if the shoe insert can be bent at the arch, they are not supportive enough to correct the foot.Product Considerations / Comparison:If you need strong arch support and are debating between to two highest rated shoe inserts on Amazon (which both are not flexible, which is a good thing), I would recommend the Physix Gear. I bought both at the same time to compare and the WalkHero's arch didn't provide enough arch support for my flat feet. You could see the crease at the underside of the arch area after I tried them, implying that the support probably wouldn't withstand the test of time. I did not have this issue with the Physic Gear. However, I will say that the cushion comfort of WalkHero exceed that of the Physix Gear if that is a concern for you. The Physic Gear cushioning is very minimal, almost non existent. Unfortunately, both orthotics fit poorly in my casual streetwear shoes (e.g. Converses / Keds) since women's shoes tend to be on the narrow side but fit perfectly into my sneakers (Ultraboost). Tip: make sure to remove the shoe's existing insert first, if any. That's something to consider when choosing an orthotic insert in general.Personal Experience:I have been using them at home with my slippers since I am working at home and they are great relief. I tend to wear my slippers from one room to the other and they some how get abandoned or shoved under something. But with these in my slippers, I am always looking for them cause they feel so good on my arches. I am hoping to trim the insert more so they fit into my narrow shoes when I buy extras. To summarize (I am a size 5.5 Women's btw)5 stars for ideal arch support for flat fleet (as compared to its competitor on Amazon)5 stars for sturdy structure3 stars for cushion & comfort2 stars for wide shoe fit that doesn't fit into narrow shoes

Relieves heal pain & great customer service
Summary - Heel pain for over a year. Used Physix Gear inserts combined with their plantar fasciitis socks and after 2-3 months of healing, I am pain free. I was able to continue to workout, train and run and it still healed.I've purchased three pairs of Physix Gear orthotic inserts: 1) work shoes, 2) gym shoes and 3) work boots. Problem - I have flat feet and have been using inserts for over 30 years. I've used Superfeet, Dr. Sholl's CustomFit and even professionally made orthotics. I train 3-5 days a week of running, weights, stairs, HIIT, ice hockey, etc. and my heel (not the bottom as in plantar fasciitis, but around the heel on the outside) has been in pain for over a year. Solution - Try another brand inserts, so I tried Physix Gear. I started to feel less pain after about a week. Realistically, it has taken several months for the heel to heal. I could tell the inserts were making a difference, so I purchased the additional two pairs. Results - After purchasing my first pair in September 2019, my heel no longer hurts.Customer service - One of the pairs I received was defective, always smelly, unlike the others. I contacted Physix Gear and they listened to me and replaced the defective orthotic. They have OUTSTANDING customer service.Other Products - I've also purchased their kinesiology tape, which I used to try and fix my heel prior to purchasing the inserts, and the tape worked great, I just needed the inserts. I now also use their toeless socks, or as they call it, Plantar Fasciitis Socks with Arch Support for Men. I love these socks for running as they allow my toes to spread to support my foot as designed. So between the tape, the inserts and the socks, it was the inserts combined with the socks that allowed my heel to heal while still training. THANKS PHYSIX GEAR!!!
