Under the Sea formal - slip-stitched tulle ruffle from one side of gown then across and down to the other side, as a little festive trim to existing dress (Yay! didn't have to purchase a new dress). Nice product, good price and a good amount of trim to use as border. Double layered because one single layer didn't seem enough. Received many compliments.Nice thing about slip stitching, now that the event is done, I can easily take the trim off without much effort or time.
