Have been fighting foot pain including plantar fasciitis and have been researching products to help with the pain. I bought this to see if it would help the nerve pain in my toes that sometimes throb at night. I apply some every evening before bed and it has helped tremendously with those pains. Love that is has a larger quantity in each bottle, as other creams were only offered in smaller sizes. Also think it is great that it contains natural ingredients. Been thinking about buying another bottle for my dad, as he also has foot and toe pain. Unfortunately it did not help with the planar fasciitis, but I did not really expect it to, since that is a whole different problem.

I use this with the magnesium oil with aloe to help keep the effects of dry skin at bay. Both products work well together to relax muscles, helps with joint pain, helps me sleep, keeps my skin healthy. I have only used it a short while and have noticed a difference- relief for joints and aching muscles. I did forget to use it one night before bed and regretted that choice the next day,- more achy muscles and joints. I have acute tendonitis in the achilles, bone spurs, and plantar's fascitis. Rubbing my feet with the magnesium oil and lotion has relaxed some of the pain in the foot in addition to icing and gentle stretches. So far things seem to be improving with less pain.

I heard a talk show therapist recommend this lotion on your feet before getting in bed and it would help relax you and lead to sleep if you wear socks over it. Well, I can’t say that’s the case, but I’m a believer in homeopathic methods so I do tend to try this occasionally and think it might at least be helping because it feels good and cozy in a sock!

This magnesium lotion has proved to be awesome purchase! I use magnesium lotion or cream to help with night restless legs relief that was waking me several times a night and this 7 Minerals brand is very effective to use at bed time. I rarely need to reapply before morning. It is definitely more effective than other brands I’ve had. I’ve not experienced any skin irritation and it does have a nice light scent!

Do not use this as a full body moisturizer it would be wasting the product. More isn't always more.This product not only has helped with chronic leg cramping and body muscle tension but also my mental well being as well. My muscles are more relaxed during the day and at night in my sleep. I am no longer waking up a million times a night adjusting my position because of pain. I’m not convinced it helps me sleep but I will keep using it until it’s gone. Maybe you just have to use it awhile before it really helps.

Love this stuff! I recommend it to anyone having trouble staying asleep. I would wake up at 2 or 3 every morning and had a horrible time falling asleep again. I started using this before bed and if I woke up I’d use it again. This lotion has really helped and that rarely happens now.

This is the second bottle I have ordered. This stuff works. I put it on my feet before I go to bed and I actually sleep all night. Definitely helps with numbness and tingling. Love it!
