This is the best lotion I've been able to find with magnesium. I love how it relaxes my feet at night. I had some nerve pain in my foot from a surgery and this brought such great relief. I massaged it into my foot and ankle each night after soaking in some Epsom salts. I will definitely buy this again.

I don’t even know where to start other than by saying BUY THIS! I’ve suffered from nightly cramps on both legs everywhere below my knees. They wake me up suddenly and repeatedly in pain. Let me tell you, I’ve tried the pickle juice (even laying in bed eating a concerningly large dill), ketchup, soap under the sheets and actual bars in my socks, tonic water, homeopathic tablets. I’d get some relief, but would still cramp. I started using this lotion on my legs and feet on Halloween night and HAVE NOT GOTTEN A SINGLE CRAMP!!! This is some magical mysterious miracle in a bottle and I will never stop buying it (so Seven Minerals, never stop selling it)! I’ve recommended it to all my friends and I’m absolutely positive it will bring them relief too!!! The price is awesome and the bottle is a great amount. For reals, save yourself some pain and get a good nights sleep by buying this!

This magnesium cream does work for mild leg/feet cramping but it doesn’t absorb quickly. At least for me it doesn’t. I will continue to use because it does help. I like the scent. Very calming

Fantastic! I've had issues with severe cramping in both legs when I do long walks. I have used magnesium oil for the last 5 years. The oil works, but it leaves a residue that causes itching skin. I walked an 18 hole, hilly golf course a few days ago, and was cramping after the 12th hole. Normally, cramping sets in after I'm in bed, like a ninja attack. After I showered, I rubbed the lotion on all parts of both legs. No cramping that evening or overnight. I'm sold.

First time trying this lotion. I love that it is NOT GREASY at all. It has a very pleasant scent. It helps smooth my leg cramps.

The lotion works well and I’ve been using it for awhile now to help with my restless legs and improve my sleep. The reason I give it 3 stars is the damn bottle. As soon as you squeeze some out, the bottle stays depressed/squished in the middle (doesn’t get air back in to “reinflate”, so to speak, even after you’re done squeezing). And once you get about half to 3/4 of the way through, it gets harder and harder to get any out. Forget about that last 1/4 of the bottle. It’s in there and it’s not coming out. I’ve unscrewed the cap on every one I’ve ordered (about 4-5 now) and done the smack-smack-smack into the palm of the hand trick and the try-to-swipe-as-much-as-possible-out-with-a-finger trick and it only gets you so far. The stuff is thick. I get to a point where I give up and wait for my next order to come in. Meanwhile, I think I’ve thrown out about a bottle’s worth, if you were to add up all the unobtainable extras clinging to the inside of the ones that go into the trash. Tired of paying for all of it and only getting some. I’m switching to a brand that comes in a jar. Much less waste—of product and my money.

I had almost instant pain relief. I bought this for my daughters, who have menstrual pain, but decided to try it on my back, hips, and heels, when having a painful flare-up, and was shocked by how quickly my pain dissipated and how well I was able to sleep. I honestly can't believe that a lotion can have this kind of impact.

When you try to lose weight, sometimes it is hard to balance the nutrients that your muscles need. (I am not a Dr. but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express one time, I'm just telling you my experience.) I had read that a magnesium deficit could lead to leg cramps. Mine got to the point where I couldn't get a good nights sleep because of the cramping. I was taking magnesium capsules that would sometimes work and quite frequently it wouldn't work. Sometimes I would over do the magnesium, which would result in horrible digestive "issues". And still it was hit or miss with the leg cramps. I had magnesium spray, but it didn't help me avoid leg cramps. Nothing was helping my leg cramps. My chiropractor recommend some over the counter magnesium lotion, so I got this 7 mineral magnesium. I have been using it almost religiously for about 8 weeks now. I haven't had what felt like a cramp where my toe was trying to touch my shin bone since starting with the lotion. Highly recommend that you just buy two bottles. It's great stuff
