Great compatible ink cartridges

Great aftercare service. HP advised that cartridges were not OEM and locked printer unless I used their product. Contacted Smart Ink customer service who responded to my issue within minutes and emailed me a step by step solution which enabled my Smart Ink cartridges to work. Excellent service and product

I brought the ink which worked perfectly. Hp updated my printer, which caused the ink not to be recognised. Ben from smart inks talked me through how to deactivate that update and the inks then worked again. He provided a professional fast efficient service, which I was very grateful for as I use my printer all the time.

High standard customer service

Had an issue with the product when it arrived as the printer said the cartridge was not compatible. Smartink support were prompt and helpful however could not resolve the technical issue. Despite the product being purchased 3 months prior, they arranged for a replacement product to be sent for next day delivery. Great service.
