I’m on my second pregnancy and for my first I was GBS positive. I had a horrible experience with having to take the IV penicillin every 4 hours- I was laboring for 36 hours, so it was a lot- and the IV burned my arm really badly every time. So this time around in hopes to avoid that - I did some research and studies show that the specific probiotics in this supplement are known to help prevent the GBS from growing. So I took the risk of buying it in hopes it would work for me. I just got my GBS results back and it was negative! I know it doesn’t mean 100% that it’s from this supplement, as you can test negative and positive on different days. But in my mind I’m attributing it to the supplement And if trying to avoid being positive for GBS in pregnancy I would definitely reccomend this.I think the studies say that women who took it 3 weeks prior to testing were 30% more likely to test negative- I started mine earlier than 3 weeks but I would say at the minimum to start there so there’s time for it to do its thing.

I have been waiting to share my opinion about this product. My gynecologist suggested I try some vaginal probiotics to reduce PMS symptoms due to all my tests and everything being fine, I was skeptical to try it, but the reviews convinced me. Listen to me women, this product is worth EVERY PENNY. this is the first time in years that I have not had a single symptom during my period, no bloating, no pain, no cramping. IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

I looked into a probiotic because one of my medications was causing me to have yeast infections. Once I started taking this regularly along with my other medication, I am not having the same issues. What a relief!

This corrected the biom of my private parts after a round of antibiotics messed it all up-i'm post menopausal, was burning like a UTI for weeks but several negative test results confirmed no UTI. Using most every day for nearly a year, no more burning. Other brands may do better but i trust this one. Shelf-stable, does what it's made to do. Life-saver.

Easy on the tummy. Purchased to see if it helps my hormonal perimenopausal issues but also to see if it helped frequency of UTI’s. So far so good! I’ve taken for about half month and so far I feel great!

Tried this for yeast. It works. I noticed a big change after third day. Will buy again, and am going to get the colon probiotic as well.
