This stuff is INCREDIBLE! I wake up crying with pain every night and spend my days in agony...well i did until i bought this stuff! I feel relief from foot spurs with this little miracle. Put some on before bed, relief all night. No sharp stabbing pains. Also twice daily. It helps but I doubt it will cure. No creams will. I'm only glad it soothes.

cream arrived two and a half days ago.Used as directed and up till now have noticed no pain relief whatsoever. Will give it a couple more days to perform as advertised but don't hold out much hope .Very disappointed and still in pain.

I tried this for my painful plantar fasciitis. I used it for 4 weeks twice a day. Did it relieve my pain? Not really. I think only your body, time and all the stretching exercises are going to do that for this kind of foot pain. Also wearing heel inserts in all your shoes including slippers. I wanted it to work but in all honesty it didn't take the pain away. On a positive note it makes a nice massage ointment for the foot.
