For aching feet and heels.
Excellent product to relief pain of Plantar Fasciitis. I had terrible pain in my heels and feet, after applying this medication every pain in feet vanished like a magic wand. 100% recommend. Just one downside, it is very sticky and feet remains sticky for days. One use is enough for couple of days. Thank you for Amazon recommendations.

Needs to be used regularly
This is not a magic cure but does ease the pain. You need to use it regularly and it has got a strong mell.

It smells nice
Im on the fence, I've had it just over a week, I've had PF so long its hard to tell if its working, I have a feeling its just beginning to work, I hope so!

This product was totally ineffective (on me) and was a total waste of money but to be fair it may work on others

I couldn't tell the difference....
I tried this for my painful plantar fasciitis. I used it for 4 weeks twice a day. Did it relieve my pain? Not really. I think only your body, time and all the stretching exercises are going to do that for this kind of foot pain. Also wearing heel inserts in all your shoes including slippers. I wanted it to work but in all honesty it didn't take the pain away. On a positive note it makes a nice massage ointment for the foot.
